Our Services

Policy Evaluation

We will focus on reading your insurance policy to evaluate it for your max settlement. It is normal for insurance company adjusters to stop writing your settlement once they have hit your ‘policy limits’. Insurance company adjusters frequently misinterpret repair costs, ignore endorsements, and frequently misjudge repair verse replacement costs. Our goal is to find their mistakes and omissions and correct them.

As a Licensed Public Adjuster We’ll Maximize Your Claim Settlement

Lastly, we can help determine your policy limits, analyze your endorsements, and understand the limits for repair value and replacements costs. Our goal is to help you reach a maximum settlement with your insurance company. Remember, your insurance company is not your friend.

Damage Inspection

After the claim has been filed the insurance company will evaluate the
damage. First, the insurer sends an adjuster to your property to inspect
the damage. If it’s a smaller and simpler claim, then the insurer might
approve the claim with photos or videos of the damage. However, for
more complex claims the insurance company will dispatch an insurance
adjuster. The insurance adjusters goal is to minimize the
companies loss, maximize their profit, and pay you the amount legally
required. The insurance company is a for-profit business. Their goal is to make money: not pay out more money than they
need to pay. Lastly, they will pay out the minimum amount they are
required to pay based on the terms of the insurance contract – nothing
more.

Damage Report

After we have completed your damage inspection we will assemble a full
report. Our reports are detailed in length ranging between 20
pages for a small loss, to 100+ pages for a large loss. We will photograph and video every room to ensure
a complete evidentiary review. As a result of our detailed and thorough
investigation we can represent your
claim more accurately. In short, we will be able to more accurately
create your proof of loss, code documentation, and line item lists to
complete your full damage report. Most importantly, once we have filed
our full damage report you can expect we won’t stop fighting until we
get everything last cent.

Negotiation

Policy Misrepresentation typically occurs when the insured (that’s you) have said something and the insured (you) have misrepresented the policy. Remember, whether it is accidentally or not does not matter; you could come under investigation.

Policy mis-classification can cost you big. More specifically, this could occur if you have a claim for water damage to your basement walls and floors due to a pipe burst. If you were to tell the insurance company it was flood damage, in fact, you would be wrong; then, the insurance company would deny your claim. It is important to remember that how the insurance agent classify the claim will determine whether or no it is covered. In short, don’t say anything – get a public adjuster to assist or do your research.

What is a public adjuster

A licensed public adjuster is an insurance expert hired to handle your claim and communicate with your insurance company on your behalf to successfully settle a claim for your home or business.

This requires a delicate balance of negotiating with the contractor, client, and the carrier to identify all pertaining damages connected to the peril. Like a claims adjuster, a public adjuster assesses the damage to your property and looks at the scope of repairs, puts together their own estimate for repairs, and fights the insurance company to get a fair settlement.

·        They can handle claims that have been undervalued or denied, or start a brand new claim for you. They work on contingency, meaning if you don't get paid, they don't get paid.
